SchuF Sampling Valves range from simple threaded units for the chemical and allied industries to welded-in polymer sampling valves for PP, PS, Polyester, and Nylon Plants.
Sampling Valve Types:
32PG: Screwed into a welded socket or other female threaded connection. All stainless steel, metal to metal seat positive shut-off, suitable for high temperature, cavity-free when seated.
32PF: Welded into a flange or pipe section. All stainless steel, metal to metal seat positive shut-off, suitable for high temperature, cavity-free when seated.
31PF & 33PS: Small, flush valves which are welded into a metal insert. This insert is installed into the product line (flanged, clamped, or welded.) This valve seals flush with the ID of the insert, which has the same ID as the process line.
30PR: Butt-weld, Flanged, or Grayloc Connections. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure or vacuum service, such as for polymers
30PT: Welded tangentially into the process line. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure or vacuum service, such as for polymers
